With a background in gymnastics and cheerleading, Sara's Yoga journey began as a physical practice, but it quickly evolved into a path of deeper self-discovery. Upon taking a 200-hour training, she began to understand that Yoga extends far beyond the postures. Upon discovering the Eight Limbs of Yoga, she realized that the practice offered a path to greater self-awareness, healing, and connection. As she deepened her relationship with self through the practice of mindful movement, breathwork and meditation, she experienced profound healing both on and off the mat. Breathwork, in particular, played a transformative role in helping her better manage and heal her lifelong asthma and anxiety, revealing the powerful connection between breath, body, and mind. Sara's dedication grew into a passion, motivating her to advance her education with a 300-hour training at Kashish Yoga in South Goa, India. Today, Yoga is an integral part of her daily life, helping her cultivate balance, presence, and purpose. She feels deeply grateful for the opportunity to share these teachings and support others on their own unique journeys.
